Mission & Values

Our Values

Taking care of the people who make the people.

Therapy for Moms is a therapy practice for women navigating motherhood – from fertility struggles and pregnancy to postpartum, parenting stress, and midlife transitions. Founded by Angela Hill, LCSW, we offer a space to slow down, sort through the noise, and talk honestly about how hard this season of life can feel.

You don’t need a diagnosis or a crisis to start. Many of our clients are high-functioning women who simply feel depleted, anxious, or disconnected from themselvesand ready to talk to someone who truly understands.

Our Approach

We specialize in perinatal mental health, postpartum anxiety and depression, and the identity shifts that come with becoming – or being — a mother. Every session is a safe, non-judgmental space where all of it is welcome: the irrational thoughts, the scary ones, the ones you haven’t said out loud yet. Together, we work to:

  • Explore your identity as a mother and as a woman
  • Manage anxiety, irritability, or intrusive thoughts
  • Process fertility struggles, pregnancy loss, or birth trauma
  • Work through the emotional toll of IVF, IUI, or other medical interventions
  • Navigate relationship changes and rebuild healthy boundaries
  • Reconnect with your sense of purpose and joy

Motherhood changes everything – your body, your relationships, your time, and your sense of self. We help you make sense of those changes and find your footing again.

  • Fertility and conception challenges, including IVF, IUI, and unexplained infertility

What We Believe

  • Compassion first. We meet every woman where she isno judgment, no rushing.
  • Truth matters. We make space for the hard things, even when they’re messy or painful.
  • You’re not broken. Therapy isn’t about fixing you. It’s about helping you reconnect with the resilience that’s already there.
  • Healing happens in connection. With your therapist, your family, and yourself.
  • When mothers thrive, families do too. Supporting women is a collective investment.
